Shipments and returns

Your parcels.

Orders are posted 2-3 times a week. As I live in rural W.A. they can occasionally take a couple of days longer than typical city to city postage. I use Australia Post satchels. These include tracking. Australia post does not include signatures or  insurance. If you would like to sign for your goods or cover them against damage or loss, please add this option from the 'services' section or leave a note at the checkout or email customerservice@sewingaustralia.com.au.and I will contact you regarding alternative methods.  Extra costs will be incurred and delivery could be up to a week longer than stated. Please allow more time during peak periods ie sales or Christmas.

International customers (NZ) have an option at the checkout. In most cases this is overestimated and you will receive a refund.. For reassurance and other countries, please contact customer service before placing your order. customersupport@sewingaustralia.com.au

Any shipping overages will be refunded.

Returns.

Because of the nature of some products (fabric), returns are not accepted, however if you have any issues, please contact me directly (catherine@sewingaustralia.com.au) within 7 days of receiving your order. Any defective items which have been washed cannot be rectified. 

Contact me for lifetime warranty on Fiskars tools. (conditions apply- normal usage etc).
